RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  1. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
  3. Sale items are not eligible for return but may be exchanged within 14 days.
  4. Wrong size can be exchanged, subject to product availability.
  5. Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, stains, or customer-caused damage will not be accepted.
  6. If the product is damaged or incorrect due to an error by Just Sober, return or exchange will be provided free of delivery charges.

CLAIMS

  1.  Any manufacturing defect or incorrect product must be reported to Just Sober as soon as possible after delivery.

  2. Claims caused by improper washing, handling, alteration, or misuse will not be accepted.

  3. Valid claims may be resolved through repair, replacement, exchange, or return, as applicable.

  4. Customers may be required to provide pictures or other details for claim verification.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

  1. Once an approved refund is processed, the refund may take some time to appear depending on the payment method.

  2. If you have not received your refund within the expected time, please contact our customer support team.

  3. Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.

SHIPPING

  1. Free delivery is available all over Pakistan.

  2. Karachi orders are delivered within 48 hours.

  3. Orders for other cities are generally delivered within 3–4 business days.

  4. Delivery time may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, public holidays, or courier delays.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  1. Orders are normally processed after successful order confirmation.

  2. Orders are dispatched according to product availability and order requirements.

  3. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

ADVANCE PAYMENT POLICY

  1. Orders above PKR 10,000 require a 20% advance payment to proceed with dispatch.

  2. The remaining amount will be payable according to the selected payment method.

  3. Advance payment requirements must be completed before order processing or dispatch.

ORDER CANCELLATION

  1. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  2. After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or dispatched.

  1. We collect customer information such as name, phone number, email, and delivery address to process orders and provide customer service.

  2. Customer information will not be shared with third parties for unauthorized purposes.
