How do I place an order on Just Sober?
You can place your order in two easy ways:
1. Order through our website: Browse our collection, select your desired product, choose the required size and quantity, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery details and complete your order.
2. Order via WhatsApp: If you prefer to order directly, simply click the “Order on WhatsApp” button available on the product and send us your order details. Our team will assist you with confirming your order.
Is delivery free ?
Yes, we offer FREE delivery across Pakistan.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number on the courier’s tracking page to see exactly where your parcel is.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Karachi: Within 48 hours after dispatch.
Other cities: 3–4 business days after dispatch.
We make every effort to ensure your order reaches you within the stated delivery time.
How do I find my correct size?
Each product page includes a size chart with measurements in inches. Please check the size chart before placing your order,Relaxed-fit styles are generally looser than tailored-fit styles.
How many days do I have to report an issue?
Any damaged or defective item must be reported within 7–10 days of the purchase date. Please include clear photos or a video of the issue along with proof of purchase when submitting your request.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
